Due to the fact that we use outside shipping companies, we cannot be fully responsible for shipping delays once the product has left our care. Our Shipping Policy is simple. We take 1-3 days to process your order once it is placed and payment has been recieved. Then, it is sent over to our shipping department, where it is packaged and put together for shipment. within another 1-2 days, then your order will ship. Once it ships , you will BE EMAILED your tracking #. We ask to allow a total of 7-15 days for delivery.

In some cases, customs may hold your package, this delay is only for 1-2 days, and is very rare. In very extreme cases, customs may and have the ability to seize your order. While SkyLine Styles has been in business for over 4 years only once has this instance occured, yet SkyLine Styles is in no way responsible for this event.

 

Our return policy is just as simple as well. Now SkyLine Styles is not accepting any returns, Refunds, or exchanges on any order except when a wrong item,color, or size based on tags is sent. This new rule has gone into effect due to the fact that too many people have took advantage of our return policy for unjust reasons. If it does not fit, but correct size was sent, then we will not accept it back. All size inaccuracies are stated on it's respective pages. Such as, The bapestas, all of them, run one (1) full size smaller than any U.S. size. Now because you did not read that or this disclaimer will and does not give you access right to breach these binding rules. We will gladly accept returns on any mistake orders sent as in wrong shoe or size being sent, and We are not here to take or steal anyones hard earned money and that is why SkyLine Styles carries its products with such respect and the lowest prices world wide and again we guarantee it, or we will match or beat any competitor that you may find.

If in fact you did recieve a wrong size or style, YOU MUST contact us first by email only. IF ORDERS ARE SENT BACK TO OUR HEAD OFFICE WITHOUT YOU FIRST CONTACTING US, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND ONLY AN EXCHANGE AT THIS POINT CAN BE COMPLETED... .
